Brownies!! Who doesn’t love a good warm brownie? I know I do! So when it was my turn to provide snack for D’s class last week, of course I whipped up a quick batch of the perfectly simple brownies. They are delicious. And since we had just gotten back from Disney World, where I purchased a Mickey Mouse muffin pan, I made Mickey Mouse simple five ingredient brownies. Of course, these work just as well in a regular muffin pan or in a square 9×9 pan.
If you are looking for a quick and delicious brownie recipe, then you have to try these simple five ingredient brownies. You can mix these together in no time with staples you probably already have in your kitchen.
You will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Then we will pour all of our dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl. I like to whisk the dry ingredients at this point because it helps blend the ingredients and it takes care of any pesky lumps.
In a separate bowl, you will want to melt your butter and then add your eggs to the melted butter mixture. Whisk together.
Now it’s time to mix our melted butter mixture with our dry ingredients. D loves to help me bake so she did the honors of combining our wet and dry ingredients.
These brownies are delicious and are perfect for adults and children alike.
