Last night, I wanted to make biscuits to go with supper, but we did not have any milk. I know I could have sent Bryan, but he had literally just gotten back from getting the mushrooms that I had forgotten. So I started looking for any alternative. I couldn’t find anything, BUT I had the sour cream we were going to use on our potatoes. Hmmmm….could it work? They are both dairy, right? I decided to try it and they surprisingly turned out delicious. You should definitely try these for yourself.
